David Campbell, Sr.

Mr. David Ray Campbell, Sr., 57, died on Saturday, March 13, 2021.  Born, October 27, 1963 in Chesterfield, SC he was a son of the late Thomas Curtis and Juanita Mahalia Winburn Campbell.  David worked for over 30 years with Schaeffler Manufacturing and coached with the town of Cheraw recreation league for several years.  He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking.  Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, especially on the river.

Along with his parents, listed above, David was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Campbell.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his girlfriend, Lois Aeby; his sons; David Campbell, Jr. (Samantha) of Florence, SC, Brian Campbell (Leigh) of Hartsville, SC, and Joe Campbell (Tara) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Annsley Campbell, Lucas Campbell, Levi Campbell, Cash Campbell, Aubrey Campbell, Gray Campbell and Lex Campbell; a niece, Emily Campbell of Clemson, SC; a nephew, Dylan Campbell of Cameron, NC; and his Bulldog, Thatcher.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Kiser Funeral Home.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
