Amanda Hope Parker Truesdale, age 49, died July 1, 2020. Born in Cheraw, SC, she was the daughter of Kathy Hope Ingalls (George) of Cherry Grove, SC and Bucky Parker (Cathy) of Cheraw, SC. Amanda attended Cheraw schools and graduated from Laurinburg High School and Midlands Technical College in Radiology. She worked at Lexington Medical Center for many years.

Amanda is survived by her beloved children, Cameron and Zane Truesdale of Columbia, SC, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by: her sister, Katie Parker Dill (Rocky, nieces Riley & Reese) of Greer, SC, brother, Jacob Rogers (Lauren Johnson, nephew Aiden) of Greenville, SC., sister Sarah Frances Parker Stone (Austin Stone, nephew Parker) of Johnsonville, SC, Step sister Melanie White (niece Mara and nephew Aden) of Chesterfield, SC and Step brother Rob White (Erica, nephews Leif Eric, Thorn Evan, Levi, and niece Lexi) of Chesterfield, SC; and her maternal Grandmother, Mary Douglas Riley Hope of Bennettsville, SC. She is also survived by aunts and uncles Dee Hope, Christian Hope (Audrey), Jay Hope (Joy), Peggy Hope, Jackie Parker (Mott), Dean Parker and Joan Parker, all who loved her dearly, numerous cousins and many friends. Amanda was predeceased by her Paternal Grandparents Lonnie and Myrtle Parker, Maternal Grandfather John Christian Hope, uncles Jimmy Parker and Legette Parker, aunt Denise Parker.

Amanda was a loving mother and daughter, a beautiful and beloved spirit. She had a special bond with all of her grandparents and was the caregiver to her grandmother in her final days. She and “Mama” Hope, shared the motto “I love my mieces to pieces”.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens, Cheraw, SC.
