Calvin Cornelius Lowrimore

Obituary is in honor of Calvin Lowrimore and his family. Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home is serving the Lowrimore family.

Calvin Cornelius Lowrimore Sr. 84 died Tuesday September 20, 2022. Born in Cheraw, SC, he was the son of Frank S. Lowrimore and Tossie Bennett Lowrimore.

Calvin was a US Army veteran and retired from his business Calmarlow Crafts of Barefoot Landing at Myrtle Beach. He always had a positive outlook on life and never met a stronger and even in his darkest days, he always was whistling and smiling.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, wife, Mary Helen McAlister Lowrimore, infant twin daughters, Rachel and Winnie Lowrimore, son, Calvin C Lowrimore Jr., brothers, Dan F. Lowrimore, and Benjamin "Ben" Lowrimore.

Survivors include nieces, Felicia Lowrimore Teal of Cheraw, Debra S. Lowrimore of Rock Hill, and Robin M (Jeff) Mudford, of Rock Hill, SC.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Heritage Nursing Home and Hospice for the care given to our loved one.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
