Delmar Jay Potter, 58, died Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Born in Westchester, PA he was a son of Rosie Marie Lloyd Potter of West Grove, PA and the late J. C. Potter. He was a master craftsman with his hands and enjoyed making positive changes to things that were drab. He loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of Keystone Crusaders for Christ. He loved his dogs.

Surviving is his wife, Glenda Gail Potter of Chesterfield, SC, sons, Brock Potter of Darlington, SC, Jay Potter of Bethune, SC, daughters, Rebecca (Benji) Galloway of Bethune, SC, Mary Ann Potter of Chesterfield, SC, his mother listed above, brothers, Jack Potter of Nottingham, PA, Jimmie Potter of Parksburg, PA, sisters Karen Hillman of Elkin, MD, Martha Bowling of Oates, SC, also 9 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father listed above and a sister Deb Reeves.

The family will receive friends 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.
