George Walter Krauss

Cheraw, SC

George Walter Krauss, 84, died Friday, September 9, 2022. He was a member of Cheraw Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and graduated Northeastern Technical College as an Honor Student. He loved children, his church and being a True American Patriot. He was a carpenter by trade. George enjoyed woodworking, animals, and physical activities such as softball and volleyball.

Mr. Krauss is survived by a son, George A. Krauss of Cheraw, SC, sisters, Joan and Shirley, both of PA, and a granddaughter, Morgan Krauss of Cheraw, SC.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the Church of Latter Day Saints Cemetery in Society Hill, SC.
