Helen M. Lewis, 68, died Sunday, October 13, 2014. Born in Bennettsville, SC she was a daughter of Pauline Smith of Florence, SC and the late Joe Mauldin. She was the widow of Jack Lewis. She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and active with the United Methodist Women. She love gardening, spending time with her favorite great grandson, helping elderly people and living life to the fullest.

Surviving is her son Jack Donaven Lewis of Bennettsville, SC, a daughter, Paula (Sam) Diggs of Patrick, SC, her mother listed above, a brother, Gary (Melinda) Smith of Cheraw, SC, sisters, Connie (Donald) Odom of Florence, SC, Gloria Ann McLean of Bennettsville, SC, grandchildren, Lauren Young, Justin Turner and great grandchild Dawson Turner.

The family will receive friends 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday, October 13, 2014 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A funeral service will be held 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Bennettsville, SC.
