Howard Evans Crowley, 89, died Saturday, November 3, 2018. Born in Bennettsville, SC he was a son of the late Boyd and Florence Driggers Crowley. He enjoyed gardening and working in the yard.

Surviving is his wife, Sallie Pat Crowley of the home, daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Billy Martin of Wallace, SC, son-in-law, James Elmore Locklear of Bennettsville, SC, a step-son Marion Lee “Bug” Dailey Jr. of Society Hill, SC,  Grandchildren, James “Mo” (Dora) Locklear, Shawn (Heather) Crowley, Chad (Dawn) Hood, Joy “Peanut” Lonnie Hicks, Eddie (Shannon) Patrick, Jacob “J-Bird” Patrick, Joy (Chris) Jones, Chris (Tracey) Patrick, Carey Martin, Arnie (Michelle) Martin, Gay Lynn (Marty) Davis, Great Grandchildren, Thomas and Samantha Locklear, Kimberly Hicks, Colton and Ashlyn Crowley, Cody, Peyton, Emily, Zaiden and Austin Patrick, Jessie, Timmy and Carter Jones, Aiden Boan, Lonnie Hicks, Crystal Wright, Marcie, Josh and Lily Davis, Hannah, Jacob and Vaylee Stevens, Nicholas Wright, Austin, Jacob and Luke Hicks, sister-in-law, Doris Blue and a host of nieces and nephews.

Sallie Pat Crowley is the daughter of the late Mannie Lee and Carrie Goodwin Linton.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, his first wife Pauline Walters Bridges Crowley (49+ years), daughters, Janie Locklear and Linda Dailey Patrick Robinson, a brother, B.C. Crowley, sisters, Sophie C Alford, Edith C. Stypulkowsky and Cleo C. Pratt, Brother-in-law, Ervin Linton, sister-in-law, Janice Hinson

The family will receive friends 5:00PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, November 5, 2018 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
