James Steve Starling , 54, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Born in Darlington County, SC he was a son of the late Levi and Edna Steen Starling. He loved NASCAR. He loved playing cards with family and friends. He loved spending time with grand kids. He enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Sue Starling, sons, Jason Dewayne Starling, Anthoney Steven Starling, a daughter, Bridgette Nicole Starling, a brother, Mark Starling all of Cheraw, SC, also, four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, and a brother Chris Starling.
The family will receive friends 3:00 PM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC. A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM, Saturday, January 19, 2013 in the Chapel of Kiser Funeral Home.
