James Mark Witherspoon, Sr. 55, of Myrtle Beach, SC Passed away Friday January 22, 2016. He was the son of the late Robert Mitchell Witherspoon, Jr. and Helen H. Witherspoon McMillan.

Survivors include his son, James Mark Witherspoon, Jr. (Virginia), a brother, Robert Mitchell Witherspoon, III (Mary Linda), and a sister Sue Ella Bourne (Burney). He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Alan Witherspoon, Sr., and his parents listed above. Mark grew up in Cheraw and graduated from Cheraw High School.

A graveside memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Old St. David’s Cemetery, Cheraw, SC.
