Jessie "Phyllis" M. Shaw, 76, died Thursday, May 18, 2017. Born in Cheraw, SC she was a daughter of the late Henry Freeman and Rosa Lee Jacobs. She was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, Wallace, SC. She enjoyed to read, watch TV, travel and loved spending time with family. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan.

Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Henry “Buster” Shaw of Wallace, SC, sons, James “Jimmy” Shaw of Wallace, SC, Jerry (Twila) Lee Shaw of Wallace, SC, Tommy (Cathy) Shaw of Rockingham, NC, Randy (Tracy) Shaw of Rockingham, NC, a daughter, Sarah (Mike) Carter of Cheraw, SC, sisters, Linda Taylor of Bennettsville, SC, Myrtle Kifer of Bennettsville, SC, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above, also brothers, Ray Jacobs, John Jacobs, sisters, Mildred Hall and Jo Ann Turnage Wetzel.

The family will receive friends 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC

A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

Burial will be in the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Wallace, SC.
