Karl Lavon “Yogi” Quick, 56, died Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Born in Cheraw, SC he was a son of Allene Haire Quick and the late Luther Quick. Mr. Quick enjoyed baseball, hunting and fishing, and was member of the Riverdale Hunting Club.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Quick of the home, daughters, Jennifer Quick, and Abby Quick, his son, Ryan Quick, his mother, Allene Quick, brothers, Mike Quick and Dean Quick, all of Wallace, SC and a sister Darlene Cottingham of Cheraw, SC.

He is preceded in death by his father listed above.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, January 15, 2016 at White’s Creek Freewill Baptist Church, Wallace, SC.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 16, 2016 at White’s Creek Freewill Baptist Church, Wallace, SC.

Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
