Marvin Munnerlyn, Jr., 80, died Friday, June 10, 2016. Born in Bennettsville, SC he was the son of the late Marvin and Evelyn McDuffie Munnerlyn.  He was the widower of Brenda Gale Quick Munnerlyn. He and Brenda had been married for 50 Years. He was a member of Palmetto Street Church of God, Florence, SC. Mr. Munnerlyn worked at Pamplico Bank and Trust for over 40 years. He loved to tell stories, go fishing and spend time with his granddaughter Hailey.

Survivors include his son, Jason Marvin Munnerlyn of Darlington, SC, a daughter, Amy M. (Kevin) Poston of Pamplico, SC and a grandchild, Hailey Elizebeth Poston.

The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, June 13, 2016 at Palmetto Street Church of God, Florence, SC. A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Palmetto Street Church of God, Florence, SC. Burial with military honors will be in Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens, Cheraw, SC.
