Richard Terry Hinson

Mr. Richard Terry Hinson, 62, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022.  Born, September 25, 1959, in Chesterfield County, SC he was a son of the late James Riley and Edna Bernice Tarlton Hinson.  Richard served in the SC Army National Guard and attended Hartsville Church of God.  He was a carpenter and into communications and IT.  Richard could sing play the piano and guitar both of which he taught himself to play.  He also loved playing pool and riding motorcycles.

Along with his parents, listed above, he was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Hinson Moot.

Richard leaves behind to cherish his memory, his long-time friend and companion, Jacqueline Clarke of Cheraw, SC; a daughter, Hadley Leviner and husband, Jarrett of Cheraw, SC; a brother, Jamie Hinson and wife, Rachael of Concord, NC; a granddaughter, Maizie Leviner; nieces, Shannon Bedell and Rebecca Hinson; and a nephew, Kevin Jordan.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
