Richard Paul Noel, 57, died Monday, November 24, 2014. Born in Haverhill, MA he was a son of Carolyn Chapman Noel Kelley of Cheraw, SC and the late Richard Lee Noel. He was a member of Welsh Neck Baptist Church of Society Hill, SC. He enjoyed being with family and friends, watching TV, dancing, and spending time with his beloved pets.

Surviving is his mother listed above, and a brother, Michael Lee Noel of Cheraw, SC.

He was preceded in death by his father listed above and a brother, Douglas Leo Noel.

The family will receive friends 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Welsh Neck Baptist Church, Society Hill, SC.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM , Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Welsh Neck Baptist Church, Society Hill, SC.
