Robert Edward Wooten

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Robert Edward "Bob" Wooten, 77.

Mr. Wooten entered into rest on Thursday, September 28, 2023. The Directors of Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home & Crematory are caring for the family.

Mr. Wooten was born in Cheraw, SC, on March 8, 1946. He was the son of the late Melvin E. Wooten and the late Irene Biles Wooten.

He is survived by his partner, Dale Flanagan of Cheraw, SC; sister, Linda B. McDonald of Patrick, SC; brothers, Tommy L. Wooten of Ocala, FL, and Melvin L. Wooten of Cheraw, SC.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Wooten Alder, Melvorene E. Roberts, and Johnnie Rae Adams.
