Obituary is in honor of Sandy Lee McLeod and her family. Layton-Anderson Funeral Home is serving the McLeod family.

 Sandy Lee McLeod, 58, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022.

A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Sandy was born in Florence, SC, the daughter of Marvin Lee, Jr and Gloria Webb Lee.

She was a graduate of Cheraw High School and Orangeburg-Calhoun Tech graduating with a degree in Computer Science.  Growing up in the Cheraw area she attended First Baptist Church, Cheraw. She enjoyed the hand bell choir and singing in the church choir. Other interests were playing the piano and her cats.  She was employed with KJ’s Market in Columbia as a Scan Coordinator.

Surviving are her parents of Dillon; a sister, Dawn Lee (Bradley) Douglas; two nephews, Tyler Douglas and Gavin Douglas.  She is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, J.W. and Geraldine Miller Webb and paternal grandparents, Marvin and Mary Pate Lee.
