Mrs. Shirley Rose Short Davis, 78, wife of Leslie "Ben" Davis, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, July 31, 2020.

Born in Anson County, NC, a daughter of the late Wilson Short and the late Lillie Mae Deese Short, Mrs. Davis retired from Wells Fargo with twenty-two years of service and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed camping, sewing, and spending time with her family.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of sixty-one years, are two sons, Richard Davis and Garth Davis (Sherry), all of Easley; a daughter, Pamela R. Gillespie (Tony) of Easley; sisters, Carol Beasley of Hartsville, SC, Margaret Roach of Easley, Brenda Kelly (Frank) of Society Hill, SC, Martha Rivers of Florence, SC, Kay Lewis (Larry) of Cheraw, SC, and Evelyn Short of Hartsville, SC; two grandchildren, Natasha Wood (Justin) of Anderson and Hannah Wilson (Trey) of Easley; and one great-grandchild, Kylen Wilson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was predeceased by two brothers, James Short and Edward Short.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, prior to the service.
