Thomas Jordan

Thomas "Tommy" Jarrell Jordan , 56, died Friday, October 12, 2012.  Born in Whiteville, NC, he was a son of the late Walter Hadley Jordan Sr. and Virginia Mae Jarrell Jordan.  He was a carpenter and loved working with his hands.  He was an avid USC sports fan and enjoyed NASCAR.  Reading daily newspapers was a joy for him.

Surviving are his daughters, Mary Hannah Jordan and Emily Jarrell Jordan both of Cheraw, SC, brothers, Walter "Buck" H Jordan, Jr. of Wingate, NC, Michael "Mike" L. Jordan of Cheraw, SC, Robin "Bob" M. Jordan of Augusta, GA, and his former wife, Karen Kissiah of Cheraw, SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above and a son, Hadley Aaron Jordan.

The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, October 15 2012 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at the Old St. David's Episcopal Church.  A committal service will be held in the Old St. David's Cemetery.
