Virgil E. Skipper, 65 died Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Born in Cheraw SC he was the son of the late Samuel and Julia Ann Pegues Skipper. He was retired from the Town of Cheraw.

Surviving is his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Henry P. Pegues of Cheraw, SC, also several cousins.

A graveside memorial service will be held 5:00 PM, Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Forest Pine Church, Cheraw, SC.
